Caecilian “rubber eel”

Does anyone know where I can find a rubber eel/ caecilian worm? I grew up with these in our fish tank, and I loved them! My dad said he just got them at a local fish store, but I cannot find these at all anymore! Anyone have ideas of breeders or places to buy?

Thank you!
