Hi! I'm new, and posting from my phone, so I hope I'm in the right subforum. I have a 5 gallon hex aquarium in my office that housed a male Betta for 2 years before he died last year.
I would like to try something new but have learned that 5 gal is pretty small and I don't have too many options.
I'm intrigued by the idea of endlers and/or cherry red shrimp but don't really want to deal with breeding. Would it be okay or even possible to get just 2 or 3 male endlers? If so, will they do well with 1 ghost shrimp or a snail?
I have a plastic plant, gravel and roman columns? Will those do as decorations or do these species prefer more places to hide and/or live plants?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
