Would this be overstocked?

I know I’ve posted various possible stocking lists for my 75g tank but here is yet another one I thought I would throw past you. I would think this would be understocked for a 75g but I have a 3D background that takes up swimming space. I have all the equipment (heater, filter intakes, etc.) behind the background so there is water behind it but fish won’t be there. I would estimate the swimming area being a bit bigger than the standard 55g tank. This is Freshwater fish only with fake plants.

6-Boesemani Rainbow
6-Otocinclus
8-Neon Tetra
8-Zebra Danio
6-Cherry Barb
6-Panda Cory
24-Red Cherry Shrimp

Any insight would be great!

That would be fine. I agree it would be slightly under capacity. I don't think the shrimp will survive very long.
