Hey all,

Earlier today I bought a Devil's Hand coral and put it in my 55g reef tank. A couple hours passed and I realized I didn't like it's placement so I decided to move it. Upon lifting the frag I discovered a bristleworm underneath it. I've never had bristleworms before and didn't want to deal with them. I picked it out and began removing the reef glue and bits of crushed coral from the bottom of the frag, where I found 3 more worms. I am fairly sure that the coral went through the center of the frag to the bottom where the bristleworms were living. I did remove some soft bits of material that were covered in crushed coral that may have been the bottom of the Devil's Hand. Will this kill the Devil's Hand or will it live? Thanks.

the more you handle your leather it will take that much longer for it to open
as for Bristol worms they hitched a ride doubt they would harm your leather
as hard as you try to keep Bristol worms out of your system it will be a loosing battle
as bristol worms are a part of the salt water echo system
but when you add any coral you should always dip it first i like coral rx
it will help rid any parasites and unwanted hitchhikers
