I am setting up a qt that I will be treating with copper. Is it okay to put some limestone in the tank for hidding or will it react to the copper or absorb it?

The limestone will sorb the copper. Nothing CaCO3 based can be used with this treatment. Use inert materials only, ie plastics, PVC, unpainted cups etc...

Cheers
Steve
