sick yellow tang

this saturday i bought a baby yellow tang and it was eating really good and it had bright colors now that i put him in the qt he got really pale and doesnt eat the mysis shrimp and i put the algae but he doesnt get closed to the clip is he going to get brighter and what kind i give him so he eats, i use garlic by the way

You have a picture up from 10/28 that looks like a yellow tang already in there? Is this another one?

The obvious questions are: Is the QT cycled and how did you acclimate him?

yes the qt is cycled and its not the same all of my fish died from ich except two clowns that are in a hospital tank this one is even smaller
