spot on chromis

one of my Chromis seems to have a redish spot on it.. I have no idea what this is, if it is a disease or is sick what do i need to do?

ive had 2 chromi get that and drop the next day... never really figured out the cause or what it was
 
Usually in fish if you see a red spot it some type of hemmorage. I would suggest some pristine water conditions to see if it will heal.
