Blackmoor ... tumor?

I was browsing youtube for Blackmoors and found this video: YouTube - Black Moor Goldfish - Cancer?
what's really happening to it? is it really an uncurable cancer? I'm just worried because I have some blackmoors and would really know what to do when this happens.

That sure looked like some kind of tumor to me. And there isn't much you can do for that. <For a really expensive fish, there are fish vet that can do biopsy & surgical removal ..... >

Ah... alright, I guess to prevent this is just to keep the water quality the best, thx again Jsoong.
