Does my Pleco have ick? or something else?

My pleco has 2 white spots on him (underneath). None of my other fish have anything no spots, nothing. I have had ick before but did not look like this and showed up on my molly first. Any ideas?

I am alost 100% certain that isn't ich, it almost looks like some lesions to me. Is there anything in your tank he could have gotten scratched with, anything sharp?

I have a piece of drift wood and also a big ship that the fish can swim through, he is getting bigger so maybe the holes are to small for him I may remove the ship and get something different is there anything I need to add to the water to help him heal?
