So my guppy was 30 days pregnant and she pooped out a long string of poop with a sort is a sac with what looks like 3 guppy fry in it with other stuff . Is this possible ?

It is possible. I've had females that have died during birth too. If you think you see fry in there if you didn't throw it away see if you can get them out. Never know they might be viable

She couldve been stressed and aborted late stage babies- resulting in the ejected fry. Live bearers will do this when stressed. They will abort and reabsorb but if the babies are too developed, it is possible they are just ejected.

Oh I didn't see the string again when it got stuck onto a fern it probally drifted away , I didn't see any movement but the possible fry didn't look developed
