Mickey mouse platy sick or pregnant?

My tank has two mickey mouse platy's. I have no idea if they are male or female.

One has gotten very fat, very white belly. Can't get a good picture due to poor camera. The fish is swimming and eating normally. Is this an indication of a pregnant or sick fish?

It sounds like a pregnancy. Does it have a dark spot on its belly somewhere (a gravid spot)?

No gravid spot, just a swollen belly.

Well if it's showing no other symptoms, and you have 2, it sounds like a pregnancy to me...
