how do you treat it! help! one fish down, another is going down fast. what should i treat with?

Go to your local WalMart - get a bottle of Melafix made by API (in pet Dept). Has worked great the few times I have had the problem

I did a 75% water change as soon as I noticed popeye, then started melafix, within 3-4 days he was acting normal again, kept going with a 7 day treatment and did 50% wAter change today, still has a bit of white in his eyes... best of luck
