Possible hole in head

Hi everyone, I have a fish that'd Ive had for about 6 months now and over time it has developed a curved spine and a hunch back. Now it has this white spot on it's head. Anyone know if this might be hole in head syndrome?

It might be something to do with coloration like bn plecos can get brown spot on their head looks normal
