Stringy white guppy feces???

Is this white stringy guppy poo I read about and does it mean an internal parasite? What's the treatment? He's in a 10g qt with two female guppies who appear happy for almost a week. Appears somewhat lethargic. What would you diagnose and what should I do?? Hope you can see it

Not necessarily a parasite. Try feeding some live or frozen daphnia three times a week. Often helps many digestive problems, including constipation

I fed some frozen daphnia earlier today and some peas not too long ago. Enough not to over feed and he ate some but not much. He's sitting at bottom of tank now. Parameters of this qt were amm .5ppm, nitrites 0, nitrates 10. Planned on every other day wc, should I change to every day 50%?
