Incredible "biped parachute gellyfish" anyone?

I saw this amazing critter on the glass last night actively moving with its two "legs" and catching stuff from the water with its "parachute". Anyone seen this before?

It's a harmless flatworm.

Pretty neat and great pics. Looks like you have an urchin in there too? I could tell by the "teeth" marks on your snail's shell.
As for the ID, I am not sure.
