Small and pink

Be just found a small (5mm) pink thing moving on my live rock, it's got white hairs and I don't know what it is



It's just above shrimpys tentacle

It's getting bigger

Full size 10mm, starts pink and fades to black, it has caterpillar type white hairs and it's on the move.
Should I be worried?

It's ok it's a good guy, it seems to be a bristleworm,

Yep, it's a bristleworm. Harmless.
