Well, it's really in a quarantine bucket. I did manage to get some top-down pictures. I'll try to catch the fish in a glass and get some more pics.

I am still leaning towards Brooklynella at this point although the possibility exists for goiter.

It may have also helped if you had told me about the Quick Cure dosage used. Was this added to the QT directly or used as a dip? You have to be extremely careful with this stuff as it consumes available O2 like no ones business.

Quick Cure is 99.20% formaldehyde, and 0.75% Malachite Green, of which the recommended dosage is 1 drop/gal if added to the holding tank directly or 5 drops/gal if used as a dip. The recommended treatment for Brook is SW baths using Formalin which is only 37% formaldehyde (three dips every three days).
