hey this stuff is growning on my live rock is this good or bad?

Hard to tell what it is from the pic. It could be either, can you get a better pic? If your cam doesn't do macro, you'll need to back up a little bit.

ill give it another shot, the thing that looks like an ear is white and looks like mold/fungus..ill take another pic as soon as i can thanks

I think that's a sponge, don't you think reefrunner...

poke at it a little and see if it feels like a sponge.

Yep that's my best guess...a harmless encrusting sponge.
