Turquoise Staghorn

Hello, this coral was given to me but it started to lose it's color. When I first got it i noticed it has a spinoid worm in one of its polyps, I tried to get this sucker out but he won't budge. I've used revive, tweezer but I can't get him. My question is, is the coral doing ok or is it dying?

Looks dead to me. I woulda just snapped the vermetid snail in half. That coral looked to be in tough shape from the beginning though
