Thanx, I just started with these Africans about 3 months ago,I had an Oscar in here before them but I sold him. But I love these fish, just waiting on them to get bigger and start breeding

Oh they will breedd my friend. LOL I have a whole tank of red zebra fry right now. They took just a few weeks to mate. I love my africans I just switched to peacocks and haps from mbuna though, way too aggressive and too many babies.

Not very good with cichlids, they breed in a community tank (of cichlids ofc) aswell a species only tank?

The type of cichilds that Bigtay has (lake malawi mbuna's) are capable of hybridizing with each other if fish of the opposite gender of their species are absent in the tank.

Bigtay, are you purposely keeping your water level low?

Really nice tank. Where did you get your background from? I wanna make it look as natural as possible in my Cichlid tank like yours.

I got it from petco,but Ima change it and get an black background and thanks,I still wanna add some more rocks

Petco. The bane of my life. I live in England. I guess Pets at Home might suffice And yes! Lots of rock work
