You can do that with a glass of water in your sink. As long as there is no air getting in through the bottom/sides or top of the tank, the siphon will hold.

yea i know that but in the vid it does have air coming from the bottom to the top were is that air going its got to go out somewere which means it would lose its vacum if it doesnt its still risky! and i just got back from the fair with my girl friend some guy conned me into playing a basketball game the next second i was paying 7 dollar lol he threw the ball to me from behind the counter and the way he talked was confusing i think they are trained to con!! lol
