I just picked up at petco does anyone kind what kind it is?

I would say Ammania gracilis because the leaves from what I can see are too long and thin to be Macrandra.

What is your lighting and bulbs? Do you use CO2 or liquid carbon? Also what ferts do you use?

It also appears that you have the stems planted in bunches. If so you need to remove them and plant each stem individually with leaves almost but not quite touching the leaves of the stems planted around them.
 
What size tank and what type light bulbs... T5NO, T5HO, CFL's, or ? That plant need higher lighting, good dosing of micro and macro nutrients, and CO2 to grow well and obtain it's best coloring.

Liquid ferts are basically micro nutrients. Do you know your nitrate and phosphate levels?
 
Can you take a picture of the fixture and the bulbs? Is the tank a 20 long or 20 high?
