Has anyone ever had one of these in there aquarium?

There is also one called a bladerwort but I am more interested in the waterwheel. Any input would be nice!

I am also looking for some plants that bloom. Are there aquatic plants that bloom? (If they bloom under water that would be good but I don't know if this is possible)
