Fast growing medium light plants?

My new lights are on the way (48 watts of t5ho on 37 gallon) and I want to start out with some hardy fast growing plants. Any suggestions?

There are a lot of fast growing medium light plants. What kind do you want? Foreground, mid ground, or background?

Star Grass grows pretty quickly. You can trim it to be in the foreground or let it grow tall and reach the surface.

Probably a variety, sorry that the question is so broad.

I have Taiwan lotus that grows pretty quick is well. It will stay a lot smaller then the tiger lotus
