Need help identifying a plant

I was watching a video on CO2 injection systems and I came across this video that had these plants in it and I really like the plants. Especially the red one in this picture below. I'm looking for a broad red leafed plant to act as a centerpiece in my aquarium so if anyone can help me identify this plant or suggest a different plant that would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I just got some n. crassicaulis in its emersed form and I must say, it is turned out well. Beautiful plant, would make a great centerpiece
