Should I get plants, and if so, what kind?

I was thinking about adding some plants to my 29 gallon aquarium but wasn't sure if I should, and if so what kinds to get. I want to get some that don't need any extra care other than having enough light (I have an LED light), as well as what kinds of temperatures and ph they like (The water in my tank is currently about 8.2.)

Research, Anubius, Java Fern, and Java Moss. All low light, low maintenence plants. Attach their roots to driftwood and rocks.
