What's on my plant bulb?

I don't know what's on my plant bulb. It's like a clearish bubble.

It looks like some kind of fungus type thing. If you planted the bulb under that gravel that is probably why. Keep the bulb above the gravel until you see the roots sprig out then face the roots down on the gravel so they will grow underneath it. I would just take the bulb and clean it off. If it happens again you may have to check your parameters or something is up with your tank.
