Early Xmas gift

So the GF, who isn't into fish but likes the "planted" tank look, bought me a 45 gallon tall tank for Xmas. Seems she dislikes the "several" small tanks I have and wants me to go back to 1 large tank, at least for now, she did slip and say no more "small" tanks and my son pointed out promptly that leave large tanks that are ok *grin* love my son. So once we move I'll get it setup and post a few pics of it.

so it dawned on me this would be close, if not a high lighted tank since I have 2 96w [FONT=Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica]compact fluorescent at 10K..... leaves me wide open for plants for once. atm I have java ferns, star grass and some crypts....should be fun, oh and move is planned for the end of Dec.

Only thing about high light is java ferns and maybe the crypts dislike very high light. I know java ferns will just die if they are placed in anything over medium light.
