IMO, there is not a "best". It is personal choice. It all works basically the same, it's more a difference in look and what you like. Tonga was not available for a while and bluezoo got some for a short period of time. I used to have my reef with about 50% Tonga. You can get some cool looking pieces and its light, so when you order something like 50#, it looks like a lot more than some if the others.

I used live rock shipped from Fiji. It was premium Fiji live rock and I was not disappointed.
