White Spots on ny Puffer

Is this ich? The white salt looking spots on his eyes are on his body too. But it comes and goes. It's not always there.

Could very well be Ich. hard to tell from my phone. It disappears as part of its life cycle, but it usually comes back. It's not always fatal, but can be.

I've got the same puffer and he has the same exact problem. I do believe it is ich, I did copper for a while with little improvement and now I am doing hyposalinity. He looks like he's feeling a lot better and a lot of his spots disappeared except on his fins. I used to come and go and this time it has stayed for a while and he was looking as though he was having some troubles, so I treated it.
