What kind of Ram is this?

We got this fish a few weeks ago and it was labeled blue angel ram veil. Trying to do some research on it, like identifying the difference between male and female, but I am now wondering if it was labeled incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a balloon ram.. I'd return it of possible, they usually don't live very long.
