Water Changes

Can you over do your water changes? What I mean is, if you were able to do water changes every day what would that hurt? I have a cycled 10 gallon with a couple baby cichlids in. I get my water from my well and it is naturally hard with no chemicals. Right now it's sitting on my counter beside the sink so it's real quick and easy.

You can change 1 gallon per day every day if you really want too but keep in mind you may kill off all your beneficial bacteria because there won't be a source of waste for them to live on.
