I got some cherry shrimp today and found that two shrimp have some yellowness on their backs, I'm wondering if they are pregnant.

It's called saddled. Next time they molt they will release the eggs and the male will fertilize them.

Nope, they are saddled. After they molt, they will start carrying eggs.

How long does it take from here for eggs/ babies?

Well they hold/incubate the eggs for about 30 days. So I would say 40, MAYBE 50 days MAX before there's Shrimplets.
