I'm thinking it's my angelfish, but we also have GBRs. What do you think? WHAT DO I DO??

Most likely, these are from your Angelfish as GBRs usually lay smaller amounts of eggs and do it in a more concealed area.
Unfortunately, the white eggs are dead eggs. If you only have 1 Angelfish, there's nothing you can do as they need a male and female to produce and fertilize viable eggs. Single females are known to just lay eggs but nothing can ever come of this. These will just be a good snack for your other fish.

Hope this helps (y)
