What fish??

I have a ten gallon tank, non heated(but I could get a heater) I have nine mystery snails. I waz wondering what fish would be good for this tank that I could breed? Freshwater

Paradise fish, would fit, are cold water and will breed.

Not really im new to everything. All I have ever had was bettas an I do not want to breed them plus they would eat my snails.. Any other suggestions?

google it, they resemble gouramis. They actually are in the gourami family.

White mountain minnows are the only thing else that comes to mind. Some barbs are cool water but they get too big.

Ok. Those look pretty! Any other options. I want to know more possibilities before I buy paradise fish.

Do you want livebearers, or egg layers? Or does it matter?

I would actually like livebearers but anything is fine.

Get a heater and guppies or platties would work.

Platys yes, mollys no. Mollys get too big. If you go live bearers, you need 1 male to 3 females, have a plan for the kids.

Depending on how many breed, and how many times the female has given birth. If its her first time, only a couple of fry will produce.

You want there to be more females then males. Like 1 to 2 ratio, or 1 to 3
