Will a dual t8 fixture get me to the low/ low medium light range?

Hey guys tryin to find a fixture for my 75 gallon aquarium. I don't want to mess with co2 injections and I want to grow some fairly low light plants. Annubius nana. Java ferns. Java moss. Maybe some crypts and some amazon swords. Which light fixture can I go with that will grow all of these plants without giving me crazy algae problems and without requiring co2 injections? Will a dual t8 fixture work? If so, what bulbs and where can I find a dual t8 fixture? Any advice would be much appreciated.

You can use two 48 inch 32 watt, T8s. This will be subdued lighting, but the plants you plan to keep don't require much. If your tank is shorter, that's even better, because the deeper the tank, the less intense the light toward the bottom. You can use GE florescent lamps. They're no more than $6.00 per bulb at any hardware store and last well over a year. I've used them for several years and my low light plants grow fine. You can also dose a little Seachem comprehensive liquid fertilizer every couple of weeks when you change the tank water.
