You won't need it because your tank will cycle. After the cycle is complete there shouldn't be ammonia issues. And if there are, large pwcs are the best course of action until the levels of ammonia return to normal.

It is a marble peaock. It is an ornamental variety, not one of the wild forms. It looks like a female. If it is in the tank with other males it will breed with them, so then there are hybridisation issues.
