The photo isn't really clear, but my guess is, it is a female peacock.

Looks like a hap to me maybe a tangerine tiger

I'm pretty sure its a hap and looks a lot like my tangerine tiger did when it was that little.

Thank you... I got it from wal Mart along with a female red zebra bc I didn't have neither in my tank... I'm also having trouble keeping the black common algae eaters alive... I've tried everything
