I just recently got a 110 gal tank with overflow holes I have a sump system for it but no pump does anyone know what type of pump I should us h/p rating and gal per hr would be a big help thanks all

I agree with Nuwave59. The Lifegard Quiet One 3000's been running my tank for 6 months and it's been great on all accounts.

Only thing: I would consider getting the next model up for your tank. I run the 3000 on my 65 Gal tank and it's slightly overkill, but I'd personally upgrade for a 110Gallon. There are speed settings, so you can control the GPH pumprate and it's good to have the option to provide more filtering for cichlids.
