I Started a 2 gallon freshwater tank about a week ago. It currently has 4 guppies in it. 2 male, 2 female. They seem to get along perfectly fine. This isn't over stocked is it? What if they have babies?

IMO Yes you are overstocked,
1. You should have at least 2 females per male.
2. Because you have too few females to the males, they will stress the females to the point where they could die.
3. Females can inseminate themselves even without a male present after the first drop. They can have large numbers (most I've had was over 30)
4. If you have 2 females that have 30 fry a piece at each drop, 3 drops can be 180 or more just between the two of them.
