20g stocking with Dwarf Gouramis and Ghost Shrimp

Hey all,

Just set up a new 20gal yesterday, and i'm thinking about stocking. I have a sexed pair of dwarf gouramis in another tank that are going in when it's cycled, same with about 10 ghost shrimp. I'm trying to decide on another species to go in there too. Not really into tetras/danios, considering Ghost Catfish, Hatchetfish, Corys, loaches. I'm looking for ideas and advice on stocking the rest of the way. Aqadvisor says 50% stocked with DGs and shrimps.

Plants are Amazon Swords, Crypt Wendtii, Crypt Balansae, Anachris, Java fern. Also thinking about a long narrow leaf plant for the background. Maybe sag or val. Thoughts?

Harlequin rasbora sound like they would be right up your alley.

Ooh, good idea. Maybe 10 harlequins and 5 Kuhli loaches? Always wanted them but don't know a whole lot about care. Can't find a ton online about them either.
