7-9 Hatchetfish
1-3 Gouramis
1 Whiptail cat (If I ever find one)
1 reticulatied Hillstream Loach
3 Upside down cat
5 cory cats
Some guppies or more tetras

Already have:
1 chinese algae eater
2 xray tetras
4 neon tetras

First up your neons to 8
Up your x-ray tetras to 6
Rehome the CAE as they get big and aggressive
2-3 angels or 3 upside down cats
6 Hatchetfish or 1 dwarf or honey gourami
6 loaches or 6 cory cats
You can do a whiptail if you find one as they have a very low bio-load

Hillstream loaches prefer cooler water and fast currents and aren't suitable for this type tank.
