Is there any thing I can do to improve the tank? I'd like to be able to hide the heater, but I'm not sure how.

Anyways I have a Red Tailed Shark, Yellow Lab, Albino Cherry Red Zebra and a Jack Dempsy... The RTS chases everyone around the tank, is there not enough hiding spots? Is this tank not big enough?

The RTS is like an inch longer than the rest of the fish mind you.

Also how many more fish can I add?

Thanks

You might want to think about re-homing the JD. Africans and SA/New Worlds have different feeding requirements. JDs need higher protein and africans need lower protein. Mbunas are susceptible to Malawi bloat due to too much protein.

Not to mention JDs are a bit milder tempered than africans. Eventually the africans will torment the JD.

As for stocking, I'm still working that out for my own tank. Keep in mind the adult size of the fish you're considering and also hiding places.

I personally would add some rock caves and such for them.
