A. Sword growing horizontally !!

Hey folks, i have a simple question i think. I have two Swords that are growing horizontally more than vertically. What is going on here ?? The leaves are huge, green and very healthy, but they aren't growing tall, just WIDE !!! I have a Finnex Ray2, on a 3 on-3 off -4 on cycle with CO2....I alternate dosing everything from PPS, Excel, Flourish, even Iron once a week..I root tab them, but they are stubborn and want to fight me. I might have invented the first Amazon Sword ground cover plant !!!

I will trade you some! Mine are 20+inches and keep coming out of the tank which ends up damaging the tips of the leaves!

It might be the species of sword. My Red Flame Sword grows out instead of up also. OS.
