Acclimating sps coral to my light?

I have put and large birds nest and a acro in my tank! I started them on the sand, how long do I leave them there? What's the process or timeline to acclimate them?
My lights are AI sol's 4 of them 6 inches above the water! Whites are 25% blue 85% and navy is 95%!

About a week would be ok to move it up to the next spot.
