My fish tank has been running for about 5 months now and I put some rome deco. in it when I started it and now I am moving towards a reef tank so I need to put more rocks in my tank.

I have about 40-50 lbs of live rock in the tank now but im thinking of adding 20-30 lbs of dry rock as base rock... I dont have fish right now but i do have my inverts..

Should I just buy the rocks and set them in the tank or do I have to do something to them before I put them in my already running tank??? Would purpleup help??? and what about gojuice??

Save your money. Do frequent PWC`s and test for Calcium, alk and magnesium. BTW welcome to AA.
