Advice on a 10g build.

My girlfriend has enjoyed the tanks that I have, but her parents weren't up for getting a large tank at home, so for Valentines Day I figured I would set up a 10g tank for her to keep up at her apartment while she is up at college. She helps me with my tanks, so she will be able to maintain it.

I have an excess of sand and rock through my tanks that I will give to her. What I need advice on is a way of filtration and lighting. What kind of filtration is easiest? What kind of light would work well on a small tank like this?

I figured 10-15 pounds of rock, and about two inches of sand. She is in love with the mushroom corals and firefish I have, so that's what'll be in it.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for all of the help.

If she's able to do water changes regularly I'll just put a hob filter on for water movement. And just throw in some lr. And for lighting I'd use pc if you don't plan on putting high lights corals in there.
