Albino bristlenose pleco

Hey everyone I have 2 albino bristlenose plecos and recently i have noticed on one of them first just the front park of his fins were red and today i noticed he has a big red spot on his head, i have read on here that it seems to be normal but i just want to make sure, its not scabby his skin just looks like it hash a rash of some sort almost, ive had him for about a year and never noticed anything like that, im just worried about my buddy and advice would help. and i do have a good bit of driftwood in there they both love it, and i do regular water changes. I uploaded one pic, my camera on my phone is broke but u can kinda see where its red.

They do tend to have a darker spot there at times.
