Yes, that is very common green algae. It is more of a slime algae than a filament algae. It is a direct result of having some phosphate in the water. It is easily removed, most algae eaters like it and it is inevitable unless you run a nutrient poor system appropriate to SPS corals. A small amount of GFO or something like it will help some.
