Am i fully stocked?

Alright I'd live to get one more fish to add more activity and diversity to my tank. Like maybe a dwarf gourami.
Here's what have:
5 neon tetras
2 bloodfin tetras
1 apple snail
3 rcs
4 ghost shrimp

It's a 10 gallon.

I think you are fully stocked. Maybe drop the bloodfins and put something else non-schooling in their place.

It's an already established tank and I don't have anywhere to put the bloodfins.

I think you could go with one dwarf gourami, but that would be just about it.
